In the modern world, people tend to spend a lot of time before screen with an irregular posture which leads problems and also fails monitor their own physical conditions. The project aims tackle this problem using multi-purpose biofeedback wearable device designed as bracelet neck piece. integrates various sensors features provide users comprehensive solution for stress management, relaxation, performance enhancement, sleep improvement, anxiety regulation, correction. incorporates measure physiological signals such heart rate, skin conductance, breathing patterns, rate variability, oxygen saturation, muscle activity, body temperature, deviations. Through real-time feedback in form visual cues, vibrations, or audio prompts, guides employing techniques like deep exercises, mindfulness practices, regulated during meditation, workout optimization, quality mood maintaining better posture. synchronizes companion mobile application cloud platform, allowing track progress, view historical data, gain insights into measurements. With intuitive user interface, sleek design, long battery life, water resistance, offers convenient durable individuals seeking achieve holistic well-being.
